In the following of construction and civil preparation of 120 hectares of Parand new town's Land phase No.5, according to a three party agreement between KOZO & Eski Hessar of Turkey and Parand new town development company ,for construction of 7000 residential units of Mehr housing project, first phase is supposed to be done by Turkish co for construction of 12900 units on land of 120 hectares which was previously concluded and its earth work was given to AHAB Co. for the land preparation to start construction of above mentioned residential units.
